For a one-time fee of `1000, I will setup your online marketing accounts (hereafter referred to “the Accounts”) and place the adverts from those accounts to paying websites and captive audiences.
I will manage the creation, setup and daily operations of your Accounts and the revenues from those advertisements will accrue to you and could be in many multiples of the fees you have paid. However there is no guarantee of any revenues actually accruing to you inspite of my best efforts.
Further, please note that our understanding and business relationship with respect to managing your Accounts will in no way be approved or endorsed by the companies / entities running and offering those internet marketing programs.
All the advertisements and marketing programs, their placements in various websites, and your subsequent payments will be in line with all the applicable Indian Laws including but not limited to The Information Technology Act, Income Tax Act, Copyright Act, The Prevention of Money Laundering Act and Anti-Spamming rules and regulations, along with any international law/rules also,if any.
Since your email and mobile number would be updated with the companies / entities running and offering those internet marketing programs, it will be your duty to forward to me all mails/sms’es/payment updates received by you from the companies / entities running and offering those internet marketing programs as the same would be necessary for the smooth management and day to day operations of your Accounts.
This document is the essence of any future business relationship between us with respect to managing your Accounts as above and your subsequent payment of my fees, along with the details requested in Annexure – 1 implies your acceptance of the same. If you are interested, you can deposit the payment of `1000 in any of the bank accounts detailed in Annexure - 2 and mail the payment details along with the details requested in Annexure -1 to: RNDHOOT@GMAIL.COM & RAGHAVADSALES@GMAIL.COM
